Daily practice of meditation will enable you to feel centred, balanced and grounded with an inexhaustible supply of energy.
The Diploma course is also available for those wishing to teach. This course is a perfect complement for Yoga students and those already teaching.
KUNDALINI YOGA & MEDITATION:
